Who can invest.
Investor Shares are offered exclusively to the following investor categories.
Professional Investor
Professional investors within the meaning of Annex II of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive.
Well-Informed Investor
Investors with sufficient knowledge and experience who subscribe at least EUR 125,000 (or the equivalent), or who provide an assessment by a credit institution, AIFM, investment firm or UCITS management company.
